Responsibilities:
- Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation
- Building relationships over the phone
- Identifying new opportunities for clients
- Cold calling
- Qualifying leads
- Scheduling appointments with decision-makers
Requirements:
- Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable cold calling and speaking to executives
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Permanent residency in one of the following states: FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications
- Ability to be on the phone 80% of the day with necessary technical equipment
- Adherence to a structured schedule
- Completion of Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessment
- 1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred
- Bilingual French/English, German/English a plus. Spanish/English is a preferred
