They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls and email inquiries related to payment and estimate statuses, requiring strong communication and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and email services inquiries on queries such as:
- Process & status of Estimate or Supplement
- Payment Status - Rental, Tow, Property Damage
- Payment Issuance
- Analyzing Payments - Void and Reissue requests
- Status of Estimates, send copy, advise assignment submission instructions
- Supplement or Estimate stuck in process
- Status of Deductible
- Status on Rental
- Advise status on Tow
- Advise status on Total Loss
- Supplements not Approved, advice on supplement process
- Customer service skills with good written and verbal communication skills (role requires email/fax/phone-based communication)
- To have good data entry skills
- To have good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook to ensure clearance of high volumes
- Expertise in Auto Claims area will be an advantage
