They are seeking a qualified UX/UI Designer to collaborate closely with product, engineering, user research, content, and design partners to create impactful user experiences that enhance key metrics such as sign-up conversion and retention.
Responsibilities:
- This role sits at the intersection of product design and growth strategy
- It's a hands-on position where you'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, user research, content and design partners to create experiences that move the needle on key metrics like sign-up conversion, feature adoption, and retention while never losing sight of what makes those experiences genuinely useful and delightful
- The work will focus on: Designing high-impact growth surfaces across the Express funnel, including landing pages, onboarding flows, re-engagement experiences, and inline guidance
- Partnering with growth PMs and engineers to define experiments, frame hypotheses, and ship A/B and multivariate tests that drive measurable improvements to activation and retention
- Translating user research, behavioral data, and funnel analytics into clear design decisions knowing when to follow the data and when to advocate for the user experience
- Producing high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and developer-ready specs in Figma, with detailed annotations for states, edge cases, and accessibility
- Running rapid design iterations moving from concept to testable designs quickly, incorporating results, and shipping improvements at pace
Requirements:
- Expert Figma proficiency: component libraries, auto layout, interactive prototyping, developer handoff, and production-ready UI specs
- Ability to deliver high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specs with thorough annotations for edge cases, states, and accessibility
- Strong end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
- Proven ability to own work independently and drive it to shipped outcomes
- Confident communicator; skilled at presenting design rationale and building alignment across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
