Sodexo USA is a global procurement network that manages over $36 billion in spend for various industries. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage and qualify inbound leads while supporting sales operations to drive pipeline growth and maintain data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound lead dashboard and process warm leads
- Handle Contact Us form submissions and appropriate routing
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
- Partner with Field Sales to nurture qualified opportunities
- Maintain Salesforce records related to inbound activity
- Perform regular Salesforce lead and opportunity hygiene
- Support Salesforce opportunity stage validation and clean-up
- Perform regular data entry in Salesforce to ensure accurate records
- Process data enrichment requests
- Submit account management updates to Finance as needed
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including managing inbound lead workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce and general CRM data management
- Ability to effectively balance sales activities with operational responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Management Experience - 3 Years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role
