Senior Technical Project Manager, Remote

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will deploy high impact software solutions for North America's Financial Services and Data Delivery organization, manage project implementations, and oversee team success across multiple delivery teams using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as technical project manager on small to large client project implementations that can exceed twelve months in duration or having budget (revenue) impact on
• You will be a delivery expert will manage a team (across multiple organizations) to oversee the success of our client implementation
• Manage work with multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
• Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results
• Lead tech-enabled projects and manage daily operations of department, including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines
• Be a bridge between delivery, engineering, product and Sales recommending intuitive, driven, and insightful solutions
• Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with your team at all levels
• Build artifacts and templates, participate on process improvement projects and develop standards
• You will travel domestically occasionally, though you would accomplish most work using remote enablement technologies

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent college degree
• 5+ years of Project Manager experience (with at least 3 being in a technical project manager role)
• PMP certification encouraged
• We require experience with executive status reporting and facilitating steering committee meetings
• Experience with Agile methodology is critical
• Experience working with multiple team members and teams
• You have experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing platforms in the Cloud
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives
• Broad domain and technical knowledge related to analytics
• Experience in the full software development life cycle and what responsibilities each team plays in that journey
• Understanding of integrations, API's, transactional systems, and architecture
• Must have experience in a consulting role with Financial Institutions
• Experience with technologies (Jira, Confluence, AI tools, SmartSheet, automation, or similar tools)
• Ability to travel domestically
