NOSWEAT.CO.ZA is a performance marketing agency specializing in eCommerce and SaaS. They are seeking a Growth Strategist to manage client relationships, drive growth strategies across paid channels, and analyze performance data to ensure clients meet their KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 6–10 clients
- Lead weekly strategy calls with clarity, confidence, and direction
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and transparency
- Identify potential risks early and manage client expectations professionally
- Build and maintain monthly and quarterly growth plans for each brand
- Translate client business goals into actionable media and creative strategies
- Evaluate campaign performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, landing pages, and funnels
- Work closely with media buyers to refine targeting, budgets, bid strategies, and scaling paths
- Advise clients on offer structures, funnel optimization, landing pages, and the overall customer journey
- Provide data-driven and market-insight-led creative direction
- Develop new angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks
- Brief creative teams accurately and monitor performance every week
- Drive iteration cycles to identify "Hero" creatives and scale them effectively
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports
- Combine platform data, UTMs, and attribution tools to form a clear, accurate narrative
- Highlight opportunities, inefficiencies, and clear next steps
- Build strategic recommendations tied directly to the client's growth KPIs
- Coordinate execution seamlessly across media buying, creative, and operations teams
- Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met on time and to standard
- Continuously improve internal SOPs, processes, and communication workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, account management, or growth strategy roles
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) - while you won't execute daily, you must be fully capable of evaluating execution quality
- Communicates exceptionally clearly and professionally
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable insights
