Scout Global is a fast-growing AI Security start-up looking to expand their Marketing team. They are seeking a Founding Field & Demand Generation specialist to build the function from scratch, driving pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Plan and manage events including trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, and customer activations
- Build integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content, social, and outbound channels
- Partner closely with sales teams to support territory priorities and account-based marketing initiatives
- Own campaign performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, attendance, and ROI
- Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling messaging and campaign assets
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, vendors, and event logistics
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and industry events to expand market presence
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize programs for efficiency and scale
- Support customer marketing initiatives including advocacy, community-building, and executive engagement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel marketing programs
- Experience working closely with B2B sales teams in a high-growth Cyber Security environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and autonomy
- Experience with ABM strategies and event marketing is highly preferred
