They are seeking an Inside Sales Rep/Account Manager to drive revenue growth by securing high-value construction contracts and managing key accounts. This role involves identifying leads, formulating sales proposals, and cultivating long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify a consistent pipeline of potential leads through strategic research and cold calling initiatives
- Formulate comprehensive sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate the unique value of our construction services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close complex deals to consistently meet or exceed established revenue quotas
- Cultivate long-term business relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for existing accounts
- Implement successful sales strategies to increase our market share within the residential and commercial construction sectors
- Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a high-volume business development role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch to diverse audiences
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools
- Ability to work a schedule starting at 7:00 AM PST to align with our project timelines
- Demonstrated experience with 300+ outbound cold calls per week
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with meticulous attention to detail
