Role Overview:
The Clinical Team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our clinical technology portfolio. This role is critical for enhancing care delivery, improving clinical efficiency, and supporting our mission-critical patient care initiatives. The successful candidate must be locally based in South Florida to ensure effective collaboration and engagement with clinical teams and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product roadmap for clinical applications, focusing on virtual care, centralized care coordination facilities, and streamlining clinical-level operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between clinical leadership, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into technical requirements.
Lead initiatives to develop new capabilities, such as tools that improve physicians ability to access rapid, summarized patient history, key markers, and follow-up information to facilitate efficient context switching.
Drive product discovery, analysis, and validation, ensuring alignment with clinical goals and regulatory standards.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a healthcare system environment.
Demonstrated experience working on clinical applications (e.g., not strictly patient portals or mobile apps).
Deep understanding of the clinical workflow within a U.S. health system.
Must be a local resident of South Florida with the ability to regularly interact with and visit clinical sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of EPIC Systems is highly valued.
Experience with other major Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
