Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or testing within enterprise environments
- Strong manual testing and defect management experience
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Experience supporting UAT and SIT in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to create and execute detailed test scenarios and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical requirements into user/customer experience flows
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, highly visible projects
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, banking, or merchant services
- Familiarity with:
- Merchant onboarding platforms
- Merchant profile systems
- Digital/web integration initiatives
- Web (and some exposure to mobile) testing concepts
- Familiarity with internal banking tools
- Experience using Octane or similar test management tools
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding experiences vs. payments processing
What You Will Be Doing - Support testing efforts from project initiation through production release
- Execute manual testing across:
- Lower environments
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production validation
- Create, execute, and maintain:
- Test plans
- Test scenarios
- Test cases
- Defect documentation
- Partner closely with:
- Product owners
- Developers
- QA peers
- Business and operational stakeholders
- Validate merchant onboarding and merchant profile workflows across enterprise web platforms
- Identify, document, and communicate defects, risks, and testing issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings)
- Support multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
