The Technical Product Owner (TPO) drives solution definition and delivery for the Workflow Orchestration Initiative, supporting enterprise workflow and automation capabilities using platforms such as Appian.
This role translates business needs into clear, testable requirements for backend, workflow, and integration teams.
The TPO will support the Payment BU Workflow Intelligence and Optimization Initiative, working closely with product managers, architects, and software engineers (Java, AI, and workflow) to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst on enterprise software projects.
- Ability to quickly learn business domains; Healthcare experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, structured requirements.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, or similar.
- Preferred experience with workflow modeling, system modeling, and Agile / SAFe delivery.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, or serviceoriented systems. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
