Bayforce is seeking a Zero Trust Network Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise network security infrastructure in a global Zero Trust environment. The role involves ensuring network availability, enforcing security policies, and supporting incident response across a large-scale environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and support of enterprise network security infrastructure within a global Zero Trust environment
- Ensure network availability, enforce security policies, and support incident response across a large-scale environment (1,000+ sites, 100,000+ users)
- Manage network access control (Forescout), DNS/DHCP services (Infoblox), troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues, implement security and segmentation changes, and support asset visibility across IoT/OT environments
- Collaborate with IT teams, maintain operational processes (ITIL), and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Experience supporting network security, NAC, or DDI environments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching, 802.1X, RADIUS, MAB
- Troubleshooting experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Experience with Forescout, Infoblox, Axonius, ServiceNow
- Exposure to Zero Trust and IoT/OT environments
- Basic scripting/automation (Python)
- Relevant degree or certifications (CCNA, Security+, etc.)
