Simply Scale is a Salesforce consultancy that helps growing companies optimize their Salesforce investment. They are seeking a technical, client-facing Project Manager to lead client meetings, manage project execution, and act as the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings and serve as the primary client-facing representative
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple accounts
- Answer client questions on Salesforce functionality, configuration, and best practices
- Speak on behalf of developers and consultants when they are unavailable
- Translate client requests into clear, actionable tickets for the delivery team
- Check in with developers and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Maintain organized documentation, status updates, and project records
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, consultant, or PM capacity)
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proven experience leading client-facing meetings and managing client relationships
- Confident, direct communication style; comfortable taking control of a conversation
- Ability to answer technical Salesforce questions independently
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or higher)
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and common AppExchange tools
