Symbolica AI is an innovative AI research lab focused on bridging the gap between symbolic and neural systems. They are seeking a Founding GTM Lead to establish their go-to-market strategy from the ground up, engaging with enterprise customers and shaping the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Spend time in the field: meet high-value enterprise customers daily, understand their workflows, identify where Symbolica can create immediate impact, and convert deep discovery into opportunities
- Build and run our demos: craft compelling, technically accurate demos that show the power of structured reasoning and multi-agent systems in real customer contexts
- Own our sales strategy: define ICPs, GTM approach, pricing hypothesis, and early repeatable sales patterns
- Build and manage the pipeline: track opportunities, forecast revenue, and maintain operational rigor while moving fast
- Negotiate and close enterprise deals: drive the full sales cycle from first conversation to signature
- Inform product direction: channel customer insight into research and engineering with clarity, prioritization, and urgency
- Experiment aggressively: pilots, workshops, partnerships, YC Demo Day visits, AI community events — whatever moves the needle
- Be the founder’s GTM counterpart: a high-agency operator who thrives in a zero-to-one environment
