Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on driving the growth of Adobe Real-Time CDP Collaboration. The role involves enhancing customer adoption and engagement, partnering with various teams to support existing customers in activating and scaling collaboration use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of Adobe Real-Time CDP Collaboration across existing customers
- Lead match-making initiatives within the customer base in partnership with sales and post-sales account teams
- Create account-based activations that drive customer trial, adoption, and ongoing usage
- Advise customers on collaboration strategy and campaign opportunities
- Deliver and manage active customer collaborations
- Review campaign and collaboration performance with customers to identify learnings and expansion opportunities
- Support product-led adoption initiatives
- Create and maintain customer-facing assets including slides, one-pagers, FAQs, and enablement materials
- Partner with product marketing, product management, and sales teams to update messaging and materials based on product and market changes
- Research emerging industry trends and customer needs within the advertising technology and marketing technology landscape
- Support partnership initiatives that drive value for sell-side partners
- Collaborate with product management and business development teams to develop compelling partner narratives
- Build relationships with strategic partners to increase advertiser demand and drive live collaborations
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience within advertising technology or marketing technology
- Strong experience in programmatic advertising, media buying, media planning, or data collaboration platforms
- Experience driving post-sale product adoption, customer engagement, or value realization initiatives
- Proven success managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer business value
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and programs from the ground up
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- Background in customer success, account management, product marketing, or post-sales strategy strongly preferred
- Experience with clean room or data collaboration technologies is highly preferred
- MBA is preferred but not required
