US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive the execution and optimization of demand-generating campaigns and enablement programs for their global network of partners.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign strategy and execution
- Co-marketing with top managed partners (priority): Plan and execute joint demand-gen campaigns with top managed partners/GSIs/RSI, aligning on goals, target accounts, messaging, and channel mix. Coordinate cross-functional teams (GDC, PMM, Partner Sales, FPMMs) to deliver partner-ready assets via the PMC on time. Track performance (MQLs, pipeline, conversion) and scale repeatable plays. Example: Launch a 6-week campaign with a top partner—co-branded webinar, targeted ads, and email nurture. —generating 150+ MQLs and $2M influenced pipeline. Establish operating cadence (kickoff, weekly checkpoints, launch readiness, post-campaign readout), define success metrics, communicate status/risks, and measure performance (leads, MQL/SQL, influenced pipeline, conversion, engagement) to iterate and scale repeatable plays
- Example: Partner with a top managed partner to run a 6-week "JSM for ITSM Modernization" integrated campaign—align on a target account list, co-host a webinar with an Client SME, deploy co-branded email + paid LinkedIn, publish a joint landing page and follow-up nurture in the PMC, then deliver a post-campaign report summarizing sourced/influenced pipeline and ABM follow-ups
- Align with GDC (Global demand campaigns), PMM (Product Marketing Management) teams to create, launch, and optimize demand-generation campaigns for partners
- Maintain and update the Client Partner Marketing Center (PMC) with relevant campaign pipeline, ensuring timely execution and communication of campaign status to stakeholders
- Gather requirements and coordinate the creation of PMC partner campaigns and assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams; support Partner Sales Plays and QPEs by way of strategic campaigns and assets designed to move sales conversations down the funnel
- Provide monthly updates to Field PMMs and Solution Partners on upcoming campaigns and initiatives. Enable the Field PMM team on weekly developments of campaigns and solution marketing roadmaps
- Partner enablement
- Optimize the PMC platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive partner experience to drive engagement and empower partners to market effectively at scale; steer migration of the platform from legacy vendor Zift Solutions to AI-first Structured Web
- Package and deliver campaign materials and assets via the PMC, ensuring resources are partnerized, up-to-date, and high quality
- Guide and enable FPMM and Macro on campaign execution, addressing operational challenges and supporting localization efforts
- Update and maintain partner-facing resources such as marketing playbooks, cheatsheets, GTM roadmaps, newsletters, and SkillUp webinars
- Cross-Functional collaboration
- Participate in and lead team meetings across product and solution pods (e.g., ServCo, TWC, ESP, Cloud Transformations)
- Manage agendas and drive cross-functional updates with GDC, PMM, Partner Specializations, and Partner Solution Acceleration teams
- Address ad hoc requests and support new initiatives as they arise
- Performance tracking & reporting
- Oversee campaign performance and adoption, providing regular reports to the broader marketing organization
- Forecast GTM roadmaps for assigned product/solution areas and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Need people only from Big B2B SaaS companies like: Atlassian, Microsoft, Google, Meta/Facebook, Anthropic, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow & or many more
- 10+ years of experience required
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Experience with partner enablement, co-marketing, and GTM program development
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, partner portals, and campaign performance analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Understand at a conversational and content-producing level Atlassian's products and partners' solutions
- Work across a variety of platforms to produce and enable marketing material, including TPMA (through partner marketing automation, such as Unifyr or Structured Web), collaboration tools (Confluence or similar, Slack or similar, Google Workspace or similar)
- Use qualitative and quantitative sources to prioritize and assess the impact of marketing executions
- Seamlessly build relationships with internal cross-functional teams and global partners (as needed)
- Writing and communication in multiple forms, from content briefs to partner communications (email, video, etc.)
- Prioritization based on revenue impact, partner impact, and strategic goals attainment
- Partner marketing experience - especially producing or co-creating briefs, messaging, and partner-ready integrated campaigns
- Ability to balance, prioritize and execute a variety of partner marketing activities and communicate priorities and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on management of integrated marketing content and communications - from briefing to agencies to drafting copy to managing content in a Partner Marketing Center directly accessed by Partners
