MarketPro is leading the search for a Director of Digital Marketing for a high-growth, founder- and employee-owned business operating at the intersection of life sciences and mission-critical field services. The role involves building and scaling the company’s inbound marketing engine, driving search dominance, and managing the full digital experience to significantly increase inbound qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute an enterprise-level SEO and GEO strategy with the goal of ranking #1 for high-intent keywords across core service verticals
- Drive a 2x increase in inbound qualified leads within 12 months
- Position the company as the clear digital authority and market leader in its category
- Manage and continuously optimize company and portfolio websites for performance, user experience, and conversion
- Build and execute a high-quality content strategy aligned to growth priorities
- Develop landing pages and campaigns that convert traffic into qualified leads
- Implement structured lead tracking, scoring, and routing processes
- Partner with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROI and efficiency
- Actively leverage AI and LLMs as a core part of your workflow —not just for basic content generation
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for:
- Programmatic SEO and content scaling
- Keyword research, clustering, and competitive analysis
- Automation, workflow optimization, and agent-based execution
- Data synthesis and insight generation
- Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI output to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Strong curiosity and hands-on experimentation— what tools you’ve used in the past week matters

Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with significant SEO ownership
- Strong understanding of GEO and the evolving search landscape within AI
- Proven success ranking competitive keywords and driving measurable traffic growth
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Experience managing and optimizing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead funnel strategy
- Experience managing inbound lead flow and CRM integration
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset with high accountability for measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, automation platforms) to enhance marketing performance
