Dice is seeking an IT Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert to join their growing team. The role involves providing business subject matter expertise to implement various modules related to human resources, financial services, and legislative budget preparation, while managing IT systems and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain analysis documentation for Client’s processes and procedure in alignment with project deliverables
- Assist Client’s GS, FS, HCM, Health & Wellness, and HR partners with functionality needs
- Effective communication of core financial information, both personal service, expense, and equipment costs, as they relate to impacted systems and processes
- Assist Client’s GS, FS, HCM, Health & Wellness, and HR partners with functionality needs
- Provide user materials and presentations
- Answer operational questions from state and Client’s staff
- Provide skills and knowledge transfer to Client’s employees
- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years project management experience, emphasis in IT product support and implantation. Must provide specific work details
- 8+ years in a leadership capacity; including experience as a hiring manager, direct supervisor, and budget or spending plan management activities, along with demonstrated experience in leading complex teams. Must provide specific work details
- 8+ years in project management, including IT project management, with knowledge of project data extraction, conversion, and validation activities. Must provide specific work details
- 8+ years of key transportation industry knowledge– transportation funding lifecycle, federal financial reporting and reimbursement. Must provide specific work details
- Knowledge of full budget lifecycle, as well as benefit and resource/employee lifecycle, related technical activities to include data extraction, preparation, conversion, system configuration and setup of current systems and business process
- Prefer prior work experience with client; can include contracting partner. Must provide specific work details
