Amplify is a leader in K–12 education, helping teachers enhance student learning experiences. The Talent Brand & Marketing Program Manager will lead the employer branding and marketing strategy to attract high-caliber talent, overseeing the narrative and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Attract pillar of Amplify’s talent strategy
- Serve as the lead architect of the candidate facing employer brand
- Translate technical and pedagogical breakthroughs into a compelling narrative that attracts high-caliber passive talent
- Manage the end-to-end storytelling roadmap and full-funnel marketing and outreach strategy
- Own the global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and evolve how a brand lives and breathes in the talent marketplace
- Direct the production of creative assets that resonate with specific talent cohorts like Engineering and Product
- Overhaul career sites and move from static job lists to dynamic, personalized candidate experiences
- Partner with executives to build their digital profiles and position them as industry thought leaders
- Build the 'top-of-funnel' strategy for university relations to ensure Amplify is a top-choice employer for students and recent graduates
- Design, launch, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive candidate interest
- Navigate cross-functional teams like Legal, IT, and Creative to bring campaigns to life
- Manage top-of-funnel budgets and utilize paid media to reach passive talent who aren't on traditional job boards
- Collaborate with Talent Operations to ensure the brand promise matches the operational reality of the candidate journey
- Leverage social media and campus platforms to build meaningful connections with student populations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Talent Branding or Recruitment Marketing with a Bachelor's degree; Or 3 years of experience and a Master's degree; Or a PhD without experience; Or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of managing global Employer Value Propositions (EVP) and directing high-impact creative content strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to measure full-funnel conversion rates and present complex performance data clearly
- Experience managing careers site infrastructure and specialized talent marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic job boards)
- Demonstrated ability to act as an internal consultant to executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
