The role involves providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to customers in the industrial lubricants market while ensuring exceptional service and safety leadership.

- Proficient communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, address inquiries clearly, and build positive trust‑based relationships
- Experience with offers and product knowledge within the Industrial lubricants industry is preferred
- Awareness of relevant Industrial market segment requirements is preferred
- Ability to travel, up to 50% of the time
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field – Mechanical, Chemical, Lubrication, Manufacturing, or other related engineering focus
- Experience of 2-4+ years in technical/engineering role, preferably in our core markets or related Industrial manufacturing environment
- Excellent computer application skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Windows and generally high efficiency with computing applications and typing skills
- Ability to travel, up to 50% of the time
- Candidates must be located in North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia
- Experience with offers and product knowledge within the Industrial lubricants industry
- Awareness of relevant Industrial market segment requirements
