Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key partners aligned to business goals
- Manage partner co-marketing campaigns, including digital, events, content, and demand generation
- Collaborate with the client's sales teams to drive pipeline through partner channels
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and the client's internal teams
- Create and manage partner marketing budgets and ROI analysis
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all partner activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing and demand generation tactics
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience working in technology or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong presentation and partner-facing communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
