About this role
Oracle is a leading company in AI and cloud solutions, committed to innovation and inclusivity. They are seeking a Senior Systems Software Engineer to develop generative AI solutions and integrate these capabilities into Oracle Cloud services, while ensuring responsible AI practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), A2A and MCP
- Develop scalable inference and fine-tuning pipelines for enterprise AI applications
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into Oracle Cloud (OCI) services
- Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Ensure responsible AI practices including safety, evaluation, and governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with recent focus on generative AI
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, HTML, and JavaScripts
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, or similar models)
- Experience in prompt engineering, and model evaluation
- Experience with OCI cloud platforms
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Experience with multimodal models (text, image, etc.)
- Understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance in enterprise environments
