They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Frontend to lead the development of customer-facing web applications, focusing on creating high-performance, intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and scale performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend systems using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript). Own key UI architecture decisions, including state management, component design, and application structure
- Lead the development and evolution of reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, user-centric interfaces
- Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness. Establish best practices around testing, observability, and frontend reliability
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features. Translate complex domain requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Senior level expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
- Proven experience building and scaling complex, production-grade web applications (SPAs)
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and component design patterns
- Experience integrating with APIs and distributed backend systems
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma, including interpreting design specs and contributing to design systems
- Experience mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and frontend excellence across teams
- Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
- Familiarity with data-heavy or real-time UIs (e.g., dashboards, operational tools)
- Experience working with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
- Background in logistics, transportation systems, or other complex operational domains
