Fortis Games is committed to creating engaging games that foster community and belonging. As the Lead Product Manager for their newest title, Twilight Towers, you will collaborate with Design, Analytics, and Production to enhance the game’s features, drive player engagement, and optimize live operations in preparation for its global release.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute the soft launch roadmap and own key hypotheses, define KPIs, and run experiments that inform global launch strategy
- Partner with Design and Engineering to evolve core systems, monetization loops, and player progression to shape features that matter
- Level up engagement and retention: Build and iterate live-ops strategies from events to offers using segmentation, A/B testing, and real-time analytics
- Translate player behavior data into insights that inform content cadence, pricing, and economy balance to drive commercial success
- Champion player-first design: Ensure monetization enhances, not interrupts, player experience
- Align cross-functional teams around clear product specs, measurable goals, and an inspiring creative vision
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, explore solution spaces, and validate ideas earlier, lowering the cost of iteration and increasing decision speed
- Track competitive titles and market trends to inform future updates and roadmap direction
Requirements:
- Proven ownership of product areas in F2P games with measurable impact on key metrics such as retention, monetization, and LTV. You can clearly explain the decisions you made and the outcomes they drove. With at least one title managed through soft launch to global release
- Proven success driving engagement and revenue in top-grossing or fast-scaling live games
- Expertise in monetization design, economy systems, and live-ops management
- Strong analytical foundation — fluent in Excel, Looker, or SQL — and a passion for data-driven iteration
- Demonstrated AI fluency in your workflow. You use AI tools to accelerate analysis, explore product ideas, simulate scenarios, and reduce time from question to decision. You have repeatable approaches that materially improve your speed and effectiveness. This is a baseline expectation and will be assessed through your work
- Systems thinker who understands how game design, economy balance, and player motivation interconnect
- Collaborative communicator able to influence partners across creative, technical, and business domains
- Track record of increasing team leverage. Your work improves how decisions are made and executed by others through clearer frameworks, better models, or faster AI-enabled workflows
- A player-centric mindset that values creativity, curiosity, and measurable impact
