Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, focusing on critical safety and justice issues through their devices and cloud software. The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will partner with Strategic Account Executives to build and implement effective sales strategies while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound lead creation for commercial markets
- Generating interest in the Axon Enterprise solution in target accounts to build a strong sales pipeline
- Identifying target prospects based on market, firmographic and product signals
- Defining and improving on prospect messaging
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts
- Help build the foundation and processes for the Axon Enterprise Team
- 25% working with existing Account Executives in sales support activities
- On site travel to F500 companies across the country
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of B2B experience as a SDR/BDR or Sales role
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and self-sufficient team player
- Customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, and analytical by nature
- Ability to effectively build pipeline in coordination with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing Teams
- Ability to learn a SaaS product and effectively communicate Axon Enterprise's value to potential customers
- Self-starter who's eager to learn while being a core part of building our business from the ground up
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment, take initiative, and share findings with the team
