The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across key sports seasons, ensuring cohesive and insight-driven marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Own Integrated Marketing Strategy for Tentpoles: Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for key sports seasons and tentpole moments (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB), ensuring alignment with business goals, player behavior, and market opportunities
- Drive End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Oversee campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels—ensuring clear direction, strong alignment, and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints
- Lead Go-to-Market Planning: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Promotions and other channel marketing teams to shape and operationalize go-to-market strategies—translating product priorities into coordinated, full-funnel marketing plans
- Set Campaign Direction & Briefing Standards: Establish clear campaign frameworks, messaging direction, and briefing standards that enable Creative, CRM, Social, and Paid Media teams to execute effectively and consistently
- Ensure Cross-Channel Alignment: Act as the central strategic connector across Marketing functions—ensuring all channels are working cohesively, messaging is consistent, and campaigns are optimized holistically rather than in silos
- Own Performance & Optimization Strategy: Define success metrics in partnership with Analytics, Finance and Game Operations to evaluate campaign performance, and lead optimization strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Elevate Execution & Team Output: Provide direction, feedback, and prioritization support to junior team members, including the Senior Associate, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and at a high standard
- Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to campaign planning, workflow management, and cross-functional processes to increase speed, clarity, and scalability
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related roles (consumer, sports, gaming, or tech preferred)
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing strategies and execute multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals to marketing plans and execution
- Proven ability to collaborate across various internal teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Paid Media, and CRM
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, concurrent initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to inform strategy and optimization
- Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
- Experience in daily fantasy sports, sports betting, or gaming
- Familiarity with tools such as Braze, Tableau, Jira, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale campaigns or seasonal/tentpole marketing initiatives
