Responsibilities:
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, events, campaigns)
- Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to understand their business challenges and goals
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on prospect insights
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
