They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with their largest enterprise customers, driving renewals, expansions, and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Own and expand relationships with our largest enterprise accounts, driving renewal and growth
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
- Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product
- Leverage a Challenger Sales & Force Management approach to provoke new perspectives, uncover growth opportunities, and position our solutions as critical to customer success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience—from pre-sales through implementation and beyond
- Analyze account performance and usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for expansion
- Represent the customer internally, providing actionable insights that influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
