MES Support Engineer Syncade & DeltaV (Life Sciences)

We are seeking an experienced MES Support Engineer to support manufacturing execution and automation systems in a regulated Life Sciences environment. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting MES operations, primarily focused on Syncade and DeltaV platforms, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations and quick resolution of production issues.

The role will work closely with manufacturing, automation, QA, and a 24/7 offshore support team based in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support MES applications in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Provide production support for Syncade MES and DeltaV systems
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues and coordinate timely resolutions
• Support electronic batch records, workflows, recipes, and manufacturing execution activities
• Monitor system health, interfaces, alarms, and job failures
• Coordinate with offshore 24/7 support teams for incident management and escalations
• Work closely with manufacturing operations, automation, QA, and IT teams
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and validation procedures
• Support root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and change management processes
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and support procedures
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities

Required Skills

• Experience supporting MES systems in Life Sciences/Pharma environments
• Hands-on experience with Syncade
• Exposure to DeltaV systems
• Strong production support and incident management experience
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and batch processes
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulated environments
• Experience working in 24/7 support environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
