About the Role
The TPM team is driving multiple high-complexity Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives under the Ecosystem Simplification Onboarding program. This role will support roadmap planning, dependency management, engineering coordination, and delivery execution across several enterprise onboarding and identity modernization initiatives.
The Product Owner will partner with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and technical product owners to maximize product value and ensure successful delivery of digital platform services and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog
Prioritize backlog items based on business value and delivery goals
Collaborate with business teams, architecture teams, API/platform engineering teams, and TPMs
Define and communicate product priorities to development teams
Create and manage acceptance criteria for features and enhancements
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and roadmap alignment
Represent customer and stakeholder needs throughout the SDLC lifecycle
Support Agile ceremonies and product delivery execution
Drive planning and execution for enterprise digital onboarding initiatives
Engage with technical product owners to refine and decompose requirements

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor s Degree required
Master s Degree preferred
Experience
5 7+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
5+ years working with Platform APIs or Application Products
5+ years leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing Agile product teams
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile delivery practices
