NextGen, a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking an experienced Network Project Manager II to support nationwide 5G and Fixed Wireless Access deployment initiatives. This remote role focuses on MDU/MTU build management, network readiness, and cross-functional coordination for large-scale wireless infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute complex data correction activities including:
- Aggregate ID validation
- Split PID management
- Address creation and insertion
- Prevent downstream provisioning and deployment failures through detailed data validation
- Analyze MDU/MTU addressing structures, architecture, and site survey designs
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Construction, and Sales teams to support accurate network build designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure Open For Sales (OFS) milestones are achieved
- Support nationwide 5G/FWA deployment initiatives and donor site coordination
- Identify and resolve site data discrepancies impacting deployment readiness
- Manage large volumes of concurrent projects while maintaining accuracy and process compliance
- Translate technical site and network issues into actionable solutions for field and construction teams
Requirements:
- Proven success managing high-volume telecom project pipelines
- Strong understanding of: 5G architecture, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), MDU/MTU network deployments, Donor site dynamics
- Experience with: Address validation, Property/Parcel ID (PID) management, GIS-based systems and mapping tools
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally
- 3–5+ years of experience in: Telecom Project Management, Network Engineering, Wireless Deployment Operations, Equivalent industry experience considered in lieu of formal education
- Exceptional attention to detail with a 'whole and correct the first time' mindset
- Ability to manage rapid ADHOC requests while maintaining standardized operational processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting telecom construction, network deployment, or provisioning operations
