Business Analyst

Ingenuity Staffing is partnering with an innovative FinTech company to find a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and financial services. The role involves analyzing large datasets, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving business processes to drive efficiency and compliance in financial modeling and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Support financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
• Stay current on market trends and emerging FinTech technologies
• Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights to leadership
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Must have retirement experience)
• Experience in the recordkeeping space or with platforms like FIS Relius, Ascensus, SS&C, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts
• Master's degree or certifications like CBAP or CFA
