Product Owner

HighByte is an industrial software company building solutions that address data architecture and integration challenges created by Industry 4.0. As a Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer, driving product development of the HighByte Intelligence Hub and managing the product backlog while collaborating with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the product backlog in close partnership with product management and development teams, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Collaboratively create, refine, and break down user stories into actionable tasks; review completed work against defined acceptance criteria and business objectives
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer in the product development process—acting as a liaison between product management and the development team, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and balancing competing priorities
• Maintain an understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform decisions on relevance, scope, and usability
• Actively participate in product planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and R&D standups to guide development and track progress
