Forefront Dermatology is the largest dermatology network in the nation, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager for their Medical Aesthetics division. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing programs to drive growth in cosmetic dermatology services and medical-grade skin care products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute marketing plans aligned to medical aesthetics growth goals, spanning existing patient service trial & retention, new patient acquisition, and product sales revenue
- Design and optimize lifecycle journeys — from awareness to first treatment, repeat visit, and retail product adoption — using personalized messaging, loyalty touchpoints, and retention programs
- Drive full-funnel campaigns from creative brief through launch and optimization
- Maintain rigorous project timelines, manage internal stakeholder and vendor relationships, and hold yourself and cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines
- Develop and deploy creative assets across print, digital, paid media, social, out-of-home, and in-clinic point-of-sale — ensuring brand consistency and message relevance at every consumer touchpoint
- Partner with clinic operations and clinical leaders to align marketing programs with business priorities, gather field insights, and ensure in-market execution
- Leverage data, market research, and consumer behavior analytics to identify audience segments, uncover growth opportunities, and inform campaign strategy for cosmetic dermatology services and skin care products
- Partner with clinical and retail teams to build marketing programs that increase professional skin care product attachment rates, average transaction value, and patient education at the point of care
- Track campaign performance, and present actionable insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or in an adjacent aesthetics, wellness or consumer health segment
- Demonstrated ability to build integrated marketing plans that connect brand strategy to measurable business outcomes — new patient acquisition, customer lifecycle marketing, and product sales
- Proven project management skills with a track record of launching complex, multi-channel campaigns on time and within budget across digital, print, media, OOH, and POS
- Ability to use project management software such as Monday.com, Wrike or similar
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority — comfortable partnering with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data and strategy into clear, compelling narratives for executive, clinical and consumer audiences
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel approximately bi-monthly
- Experience in multi-location retail, healthcare, or franchise environments is preferred
