Abacus Service Corporation is partnering with Trident Technical College to offer a fully remote position for a Business Analyst. The role involves coordinating survey distributions, managing data accuracy, and supporting the college's online reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate distribution schedules of surveys and manage course evaluation processes
- Monitor response rates and ensure data accuracy
- Manage survey platforms and support the college's online Factbook and Graduate Placement report
- Respond to other survey opportunities as they arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (field of study is open but must be complete and verifiable)
- 2 Years of Experience with creating and administering surveys and data reports using platforms like Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer (examples not required platforms)
- 2 Years of Experience with PBI or Tableau data visualization tools
- 2 Years of Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently
- Attention to detail
- Experience with SQL or similar data-extraction methods
