Program Manager Tech 2

Experis, a leading organization in the technology and supply chain sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. This role focuses on the implementation of supply chain systems, specifically SAP IBP, and involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project milestones, and ensuring timely completion of implementation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of centralized supply chain planning systems, specifically SAP IBP, replacing manual processes and unifying data sources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope
• Develop and manage project schedules, providing regular status updates and issue resolution
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project execution
• Interface with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project success

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program or project management within supply chain or related fields
• Strong understanding of system implementation, particularly SAP IBP or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Prior experience with Microsoft projects or similar tools
