EvenUp is a company on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI, empowering personal injury lawyers and victims. They are seeking a self-driven Events Marketing Manager to craft and execute in-person hosted events that advance their sales pipeline across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute event concepts and experiences targeting prospects and customers through our owned/hosted field marketing events program
- Implement creative, scalable, and in-person experiences to drive new business, upsells, and overall ROI
- Forecast, measure, and report on the impact of event activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion against agreed goals
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program results, aggregating findings weekly and monthly for marketing and sales leadership
- Develop templated event programs designed to grow and scale with the company’s expansion
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a B2B event marketing role with a focus on demand generation
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional workstreams to meet strict deadlines
- Proven ability to partner with revenue and marketing operations teams while managing third-party vendors and budgets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally with senior executives, sales teams, and external vendors
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and modern marketing tech stacks
- Willingness and ability to travel: Minimum of 20% annual travel (typically 1x per month), with flexibility for peak seasons
