Entegra Procurement Services is a fast-growing division of Sodexo that provides procurement management for multi-unit clients across various industries. The Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads, support sales operations, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound lead dashboard and process warm leads
- Handle Contact Us form submissions and appropriate routing
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
- Partner with Field Sales to nurture qualified opportunities
- Maintain Salesforce records related to inbound activity
- Perform regular Salesforce lead and opportunity hygiene
- Support Salesforce opportunity stage validation and clean-up
- Perform regular data entry in Salesforce to ensure accurate records
- Process data enrichment requests
- Submit account management updates to Finance as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including managing inbound lead workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce and general CRM data management
- Ability to effectively balance sales activities with operational responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
