Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Electromechanical experience is preferred.
- Experience repairing laser and wide-format printers.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
- Deliver clear technical assistance to onsite technicians over the phone.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
