Vanillakart is an Indian AI Workforce Company seeking dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join their high-growth team. The role involves initiating conversations with potential clients, researching leads, and closing opportunities while providing practical exposure to B2B sales and networking in the startup ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Learning and implementing lead-generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories
- Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners
- Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings
- Conducting follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships
- Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions
- Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition
- Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency
Requirements:
- Dynamic and driven personality
- Confidence in communication
- Fluency in English
- Ability to conduct research on potential leads
- Proactive and professional approach
- Ability to maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions
- Willingness to work part-time (12 hours per week) for 3 months
- Ability to achieve daily and weekly outreach and communication targets
- Familiarity with ChatGPT tools
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Knowledge of lead-generation strategies
- Experience using LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other social media platforms for outreach
