Identify and acquire apartments, properties and development projects across the German-speaking region of Switzerland
Build and maintain a strong network (owners, property managers, investors)
Proactively develop the market through direct outreach and cold contact
Manage the acquisition process from the initial viewing to integration into the portfolio
Contribute to the development of the company’s growth strategy

Native or fluent Swiss German; very good Standard German and English skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-initiative
Persuasive communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
Several years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate is a plus
University degree preferred
