Momentive Software is seeking an experienced enablement professional to design and deliver a comprehensive Go-To-Market Enablement strategy. This role is responsible for enabling revenue-facing teams through sales, technical, and operational readiness, ensuring teams are confident in product knowledge and customer conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a unified enablement framework spanning sales enablement, technical enablement, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop the content needed to execute programs
- Collaborate with the greater GTMP team to assist with learning programs supporting events such as GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and other customer-facing programs
- Cultivate an evaluation program to measure the effectiveness of the implemented programs
- Construct e-learning courses that are instructionally sound for on-demand consumption
- Review and update job aids to assist new and existing team members to be more productive
- Assist with manager development within the organization
- Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy
- Write and present empowerment recommendations for consumption by sales and marketing leadership
- Other job duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science from an accredited university or college
- Two or more years of selling experience
- A proven facilitator and content writer
- A strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory
- Proficient in basic business systems (Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Proactive self-starter, intrinsically motivated
- Intelligent, with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to think strategically, paired with high attention to detail in execution
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, naturally high RPM
- Strong interpersonal skills a must; values influencing & building relationships
- Collaborative team player, yet also comfortable working independently
- Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Displays respect, integrity, professionalism and discretion
- A proficient understanding of eLearning development principles
- Experience in a high-tech business environment
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of experience desired, preferably in sales, marketing or adult education
- Experience with Gong, Salesforce, Chilipiper, and ZoomInfo a strong plus
