Business Analyst – Enterprise Application

SpikeIT Global Solutions, INC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into a modern technology stack. The role involves requirements gathering, creating user stories, and working closely with stakeholders in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migrating old applications to new technology stacks
• Expertise in requirements gathering, creating user stories, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise applications in complex environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users)
• Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
• Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning)
• Background in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred
