Customer Service Travel Planner

Epic Escapes Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Travel Planner to join our growing remote team. This role involves assisting clients in researching, planning, and booking travel experiences while delivering outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with travel planning
• Help clients select and book vacations, cruises, hotels, and travel packages
• Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
• Manage reservations, itineraries, and travel details
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing travel support
• Maintain communication with clients before and during their trips
• Stay updated on travel deals, destinations, and supplier promotions
