Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with travel planning
- Help clients select and book vacations, cruises, hotels, and travel packages
- Research destinations and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budget
- Manage reservations, itineraries, and travel details
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing travel support
- Maintain communication with clients before and during their trips
- Stay updated on travel deals, destinations, and supplier promotions
