Gainwell Technologies is a company focused on improving healthcare outcomes, and they are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This role provides day-to-day HR support to managers and employees while partnering with business leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, programs, and general HR guidance
- Support employee relations matters by assisting with employee concerns, issue resolution, performance documentation, and engagement initiatives, escalating complex issues as appropriate
- Provide guidance to managers on foundational performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback conversations, and development planning
- Support talent-related processes such as recruiting coordination, onboarding, internal transfers, and workforce planning activities
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and case notes in accordance with company and confidentiality standards
- Compile and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and identify workforce trends
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support deployment of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices, employment law updates, and organizational policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; four (4) years of relevant specialty HR experience may substitute for the degree requirement (does not replace experience requirements below)
- Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including exposure to generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) support
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and core HR processes within a multistate or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, U.S. employment laws, and HR systems/analytics, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a customer-service mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building collaborative relationships
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
