Urow Real Estate is a national self-storage brokerage firm seeking a Sales Development Representative to support front-end lead generation. The SDR will identify property owners, initiate first contact, and schedule qualified appointments for senior sales associates, focusing solely on appointment generation.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily and secure 5+ qualified appointments weekly with self-storage property owners using provided lead lists and CRM tools
- Secure 2+ sets of property financials weekly
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with motivated sellers for senior sales associates
- Accurately log call activity, outcomes, and lead status in HubSpot
- Follow company outreach scripts and prospecting frameworks
- Maintain consistent communication and performance aligned with contractual requirements
Requirements:
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License required (63-hour online course)
- No previous sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and comfort making cold calls
- Coachable, organized, and able to meet structured daily performance targets
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- HubSpot experience is a plus but not required
