Viaduct, An Aleron Company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive customer growth. The role focuses on building and improving the sales pipeline, strengthening processes, and identifying and engaging new qualified prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities through targeted research
- Prospect for new clients using outreach strategies such as phone calls, email campaigns, and social engagement
- Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate next steps with sales managers
- Provide regular updates on progress and activity to executive leadership
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's value proposition and communicate it effectively to prospects
- Identify best practices and continuously refine lead-generation strategies and processes
