They are seeking a Manager of Go-Live Sales Coordinators to hire, train, and lead a team responsible for moving customers through the post-sale, pre-onboarding journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and coach your team of Go-Live Sales Coordinators including 1:1’s, team meetings, and ongoing enablement and professional development
- Manage cross-functional relationships and customer expectations that contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction and project velocity
- Understanding the needs of the business to identify and target areas of opportunity within various project backlogs
- Play a key role in interviewing, hiring, and enabling team members to support the goals of the business in scaling operations efficiently
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of customer service, project management or payroll experience in comparable industries
- Strong leadership, teamwork, communication & cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to coach and train others to do the same
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels with autonomy while consistently monitoring the key metrics of the business and proactively driving process improvements
- Proficiency in Salesforce and the Google suite of software required
- Leadership experience is preferred, though a senior individual contributor may be considered
