Vanguard is a company focused on the long-term financial wellbeing of clients. They are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support various compensation processes, conduct analyses, and provide guidance to business leaders on compensation practices and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts job family design, job evaluations, salary increase reviews and benchmark reviews to ensure crew pay is internally equitable and externally competitive
- Manages and contributes to a work stream for strategic initiatives that span across base pay, sales and incentives, executive compensation and Vanguard's overall compensation philosophy. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommends plan revisions to compete with market trends
- Conducts compensation benchmarking exercises and manages surveys to support competitive analysis of compensation programs. Performs trend analysis and industry best practices research to support enterprise decision making. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys
- Assists with compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and conveying information to senior management
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
