BayOne Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the Global B2C Business Unit. This role will focus on driving business operations, performance visibility, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring strong operational rigor and supporting strategic planning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and support key leadership operating cadences including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and executive business reviews
- Ensure strong operational rigor through action tracking, documentation, accountability, and follow-through across leadership forums
- Support annual and long-range planning processes by coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and planning reviews
- Partner closely with Analytics, Product, Finance, and Business teams to synthesize insights into actionable business decisions
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for key seller performance metrics including:
- Seller Funnel Metrics
- CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
- Seller Health Metrics
- Translate complex data into clear executive-level insights and business recommendations
- Partner with Analytics teams to prioritize reporting needs and improve visibility across Global B2C initiatives
- Drive adoption of AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, workflow optimization, and insights generation
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and scalable business processes
- Promote best practices and innovation across day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, Program Management, or Strategy roles
- Proven ability to manage executive business cadences and cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with experience interpreting business performance metrics
- Experience presenting insights and business recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in eCommerce, Marketplace, Retail Tech, or Consumer Internet industries
- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting, automation, or operational process improvements
- Experience partnering with Product, Finance, Analytics, and Operations teams in large matrix organizations
